The PJ3Plus, also referred to as the printer driver, is a distinctive component of this device. It is part of a series of ultra-mobile thermal printers, which includes three other models. These printers have two primary power sources: the AC power outlet and the rechargeable battery.
For those who prefer to use the AC power outlet, a compatible AC adapter and power cord must be obtained. This is an optional accessory that must be selected carefully to ensure compatibility with Brother printers.

Specifications
The NI-MH battery of the printer is designed to connect to the Pocketjet port, and users can easily charge it using this interface. However, there is a third, less common option for powering the device: connecting it to a DC power source. This can be achieved either through a cigarette car adapter or by directly wiring the printer to a 12 Volts DC supply within the vehicle.
To utilize this option, a power cord is also required, which must be inserted into the PocketJet. Once connected to the vehicle’s power source, users can now turn on the device and enjoy seamless printing on-the-go.
There are also certain main switches on the printer that makes it very user-friendly to operate after pushing just once. One such button is the power switch that can turn the device on or off. To turn the machine on when it is off, the user presses the main switch button just once but to turn it off, user press it twice quickly. The printer despite its portable size has a manual form feed which is also usable through the main switch held for 1 or 1.5 seconds.
This printer comes equipped with three indicator lights – power, data, and error – each representing a unique function, whether it be steady, blinking, or changing color. Additionally, it is compatible with Windows OS Vista, XP, and 2000 professional, and supports an array of media types including cut sheet paper, non-perforated roll paper, and perforated roll paper.
